What are the staff to child ratio’s?
We follow the regulations as set out by Ofsted.
Children under the age of 2 – one staff member for every three children
Children aged 2years – 3years – one staff member for every five children
Children aged 3 years and above – one staff member for every eight children
When a degree member of staff or our qualified Early Years Teacher is present with a Level 3 qualified member of staff the ratio may change to one child for every thirteen children for those children over the age of three.

How do you manage childrens behaviour?
Each nursery has a Behaviour Management Leader. Following our behaviour policy the staff team work together to promote positive behaviour. If there is a concern about behaviour you may be asked to come for a chat so that by working together, we can devise a plan that will best suit your child.

Can I book extra ad-hoc days?
Yes! If there is a space along with the correct available staffing, then you may book extra days. We ask for as much notice as possible and payment on booking.

What happens if I am late to collect my child?
Firstly – do not panic!
Inform us as soon as you know you are going to be late. We will arrange for two staff to stay behind and continue our usual quality of care until you arrive. You will be asked for a late fee to help towards staffing costs. See policy
