Pricing Policy

It is our policy to offer value for money and charge a fair price for good quality childcare. The pricing scheme is as follows.

Before a child starts the nursery setting a deposit of £100 is required to secure your child’s place. This is a non refundable deposit, if you do not take up the place and until four weeks written notice has been given once the place has been taken up.

Any fees that are late will be subject to a Late Fee administration charge of £10. Fees will be deemed late if they are not paid by the 10th of the month unless prior agreement has been made by the manager of the nursery (Late Fees). If Late Fees remain unpaid on the 1st day of the following month then a 5% charge of the Late Fees will be added to your outstanding balance every month the Late Fees remain outstanding.

All fees will be reviewed as a minimum every 12 months. Whilst it is our aim to remain competitive it is sometimes necessary to increase fees to maintain our high standards of care.

A £10.00 fee will also be incurred for every fifteen minutes or part there of, for each child collected late.

When a child turns 9 months they are entitled to Early Years Funding.  As from the term after they turn 9 months (and eligibility criteria is met) the funding is available for you to have deducted from your fees:
