Bumbles has an excellent way of pursuing staff development, they are always supportive to staff in what they need & help them progress, the Nursery is always praising staff for their hard work and display staff appreciation for all to see.
Staff are always happy to chat to parents and I will be honest, I probably go for a little one-to-one sometimes just to have a natter, even at times when staff are busy they always find time to be warm and welcoming to both children and parents.
